New homeowners in Strangetown discover a horrific crime from three decades ago when they find in their attic disturbing videotapes of an unknown man who was forced to live in (and be recorded with hidden surveillance cameras) a secret basement prison that is then sealed from the top, with no food, water or any human contact. Those interviewed include Deputy Duncan, Mayor Jackson, renowned criminologist Christy Leelaporn and the group famous for tracking electronics back to their buyers, The ETrace Squad.

Warning: The video footage shown in this episode is graphic, contains lots of footage of a grown man crying as he frantically runs around while slowly starving to death and may be too disturbing for children to watch. Viewer discretion is advised.

In short: Hell no. I have a better idea.

I may be a cruel god at times, but I rule fairly, realistically* and wisely. That was my main's future right there!

The surviving Shin girls, determined to survive the odds, are already busy networking and discussing how to earn money from their careers, talents and their public school awards. Thank god Jang Suk Shin, their biological father, had an §80,000 Life Insurance Policy on him and accidentally fell into a plastics vat on the job long ago, due to a safety railing that the law said should have been fixed. God bless Matena Gloro's non-existent labor laws and their underfunded Department of Workplace Safety!

This blog is about the lives and adventures of my main sim's family and all of her neighbors, depending on which family I am tired of playing.
